Anda’s September news
It was wonderful weather on my birthday. I had a lovely day - Mummy, Auntie Anwyl and I went to have coffee and lunch with Naomi, at her flat in Worthing. We started off by having coffee (and a birthday cake she had made for me) outside her flat in her little `garden’ as it was such a sunny day. It was really great too and quite funny ,because Richard was working on a house across the road and we were able to talk to him while he was working while we were having our coffee! We had lunch together at a cafe on the beach, which was great fun – I can’t stop thinking of that day! We then went back to Naomi’s flat for tea and to see Barney. In the evening we had a curry takeaway supper, and I opened more presents. Daddy gave me a tv set with a DVD built into it, so now I can watch any DVD’s when I am lying down - this makes me very happy.
During the first few weeks of October, I was exhibiting some of the work I have done with Sonia,my art ‘buddy’ at Pallant House Gallery in Chichester. I was annoyed though because the people took it down without telling me so some of my friends (like my college helper Carol) didn’t get to see it! I am going to make a little exhibition here in our art studio instead so our friends and anyone who wants to can see it here. One of my other paintings (of the Norman Tower) was on display in the Windsor Festival art exhibition. We all went to see it in the exhibition at the end of September. I felt very pround to have one of my paintings ‘hung’! We had lunch ith Auntie Eeee and Uncle Dick, and also went to see Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House, a display of photos of the Queen and the State Apartments.
